Billed as the event that “spotlights the MSP rockstars and unsung heroes who are making a difference for their customers and community through excellence, innovation, and commitment,” the MSP Titans of the Industry Award winners will be recognized on December 4, 2024, at the iconic Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

These top performers are judged on these criteria:

• Excellence: customer satisfaction/customer experience, service delivery, profitability percentage, YoY consistent growth, etc.
• Innovation: influence (author of a book, podcast host/guest, local media appearances, speaking engagements), new additions to service portfolio or new markets, partnering and affiliations, etc.
• Commitment: involvement in the community/giving back, employee satisfaction/employee experience, etc.

Goldstein has led the South Florida-based information technology consulting and engineering firm for nearly 16 years. LAN Infotech provides IT solutions to law firms and other clients, including property managers, not-for-profit organizations, health care companies, banking/finance and small businesses. As a managed service provider (MSP),

the company employs a team of experienced engineers to deploy solutions that range from simple Internet connectivity to business continuity, online managed back up, Office 365 projects, Microsoft Azure, complex support systems, managed services and network level security.

He serves on the Cisco MSP Advisor Panel, is active with CompTIA, is a Kaseya CEO Council Member, is an advisory board member for The Channel Company and is a member of the Broward Career Source Board of Directors.
